Positive energy is a bundle of desirable attributes. A person who is enthusiastic, empathic, cheerful, optimistic, courteous, generous, or kind would fit the term. For scientific purposes, the phrase ‘positive energy' is just two broad . A person with positive energy is someone who is extraverted, agreeable, conscientious, emotionally stable, and open to new experience. ‘Positive energy' is simply shorthand for ‘good person.'

The things we think, the things we do—even the things we don’t do—all produce energy that impacts the people around us. If we work on creating more positive energy, we’ll see improvements in our life, and we can touch more lives than you thought possible.
Take music for example. How does your favorite song make you feel? What type of energy do you enjoy most from music? If you don’t know what I’m talking about, dig into your iTunes right now and put on a song you love.
Take a break from reading this, close your eyes for the entire song, and see what you feel. Music is one of the most powerful and recognizable forms of energy, which is perhaps why it is grounded in so many sacred traditions. A powerful musician can create the same sensations in many different people.
Some of the things that bring positive energy into our life include:
Yoga
Meditating
Creative writing
Reading
Focusing on gratitude.
Doing our favorite task.
Listening to good music.
Good and bad are just perceptions created in the conditioned mind. In reality every life situation is pure grace and is the manifestation of the one truth – call it god or spirit or energy. When we see every situation with this innocence, it will reveal its grace to us.Many of us must have noticed that a a person with positive mind always looks cheerful,full of energy, focused, stability in their thoughts, joyful, very calm.
If we want to attract positive energy just look at the nature for a while. A tree or a flower, it just rests in stillness and moves with the wind. There is a peace that radiates from their being. This peace will stimulate our own inner true nature of stillness.
Just close eyes and try to feel the body from within. We will be surprised at the spaciousness of our body. It feels like a lot of empty space with a few sensations here and there. This inner body realization will free up any stored negative energy.
